A clear decision path from brief to shipment.
We coordinate development and production as an agency, keeping approvals and responsibilities explicit.
Start with your brief
Technical garment reference
An agency coordinates the handoffs. You keep approvals clear.
Begin with the product: garment type, reference, technical pack if available, material direction, quantity per color and style, size range and target timeline. We use that information to assess the sourcing path and identify what still needs definition.
Development can include design boards, technical drawings, fabric and trim sourcing, digital patterns and samples. Each step produces a decision for the buyer before the next commitment is made. Production follows sample approval, purchase order and payment.
During production, partner facilities handle cutting, sewing and packing. We coordinate follow-up, quality checks and the paperwork needed for sea or air shipment. Trade preference is never automatic; the product must meet the relevant rules of origin and documentation requirements.
Working sequence
From knowns to commitments.
The sequence is practical rather than automatic. A clear approval closes each development stage before money and materials move into production.
- 01
Frame the brief
Garment or fabric, development stage, references, material direction, quantity per color and style, size range and target timing.
- 02
Define the route
Identify the drawings, material search, pattern work and samples needed before production can be considered.
- 03
Develop & approve
Coordinate the technical pack, pattern, materials and physical sample. Record the buyer’s approval before the next commitment.
- 04
Place production
Move forward after the sample is approved, the purchase order is placed and payment terms are met.
- 05
Coordinate the run
Follow partner facilities through material purchase, grading, cutting, sewing, quality checks and packaging.
- 06
Prepare shipment
Coordinate sea or air shipping and the relevant paperwork. Product-specific trade rules and origin documents still apply.
