Develop the garment before you commit to production.

From drawings and patterns to an approved sample, we coordinate the decisions that make a style ready for production.

Garment construction detail

Approve the product before the run.

A clear brief can begin as a sketch, mood board, reference image or technical pack. We translate the idea into the drawings, measurements, construction notes and material choices needed for development.

Digital patterns take the size chart and fabric weight into account. Sample pieces let you review proportion, construction and material behavior before the production order is placed. Production begins only after sample approval, a purchase order and payment.

Our vertical partners cut, sew and pack the garments. Sourcing in Peru coordinates follow-up, quality checks, packaging requirements and shipment by sea or air. Current timing, sample fees, payment terms and the applicable inspection level must be agreed for each brief.

One decision unlocks the next.

The exact path depends on what your team already has. Design boards and material sourcing are optional; an approved sample is the key handoff into production.

  1. 01

    Brief & drawings

Begin with a sketch, reference image or tech pack. Technical drawings record the information needed for development.

  2. 02

    Fabric & trims

Source suitable fabrics, threads, buttons, labels, zippers and other components locally or internationally.

  3. 03

    Digital patterns

Build the garment pattern around the size chart, intended fit and fabric weight, then grade the agreed sizes.

  4. 04

    Sample pieces

Review the garment in physical form and make adjustments before the production order is placed.

  5. 05

    Production order

After sample approval, purchase order and payment, fabrics and trims can be purchased and production prepared.

  6. 06

    Cut, sew & pack

Partner facilities construct and pack the garments to the approved specification and packaging plan.

  7. 07

    Quality & shipment

Coordinate quality checks, shipment by sea or air and the required customs paperwork.

Before you start

What can I send as a starting point?

A sketch, mood board, reference image or technical pack can start the conversation. Add the garment type, material direction, size range and quantity you know.

When does production begin?

Production follows sample approval, purchase order and payment. Current commercial terms and timing must be agreed for the brief.

Is this suitable for a 20–100 piece test run?

No small-batch promise is made. The current apparel guideline starts at 800 pieces per color and also names four colors and four sizes per style. Ask us to reconfirm how that structure applies before planning.

Ready to develop the style?

Share the product, material direction, quantity and timing you know. We’ll use the brief to identify the next decisions.
